Code of Conduct

By registering all players, parents, and affiliated family members and spectators agree to adhere to the CCSA Code of Conduct.


Violations of the Code of Conduct may results in dismissal from all CCSA activities.

Registration fee is $60 per player.

Registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.

CCSA has limited funding available for scholarships for players who need financial support to participate in youth soccer.


To apply for a scholarship, parents must fill out the form below. Scholarship requests must include verification of need from an authorized social service agency.


Scholarship requests without need certification will not be approved.


Form can be submitted by:

a) Mail to CCSA, PO Box 522, Newport, OR 97365

b) Place in soccer drop-box at Newport Rec Center

c) Scan and e-mail to registrar@centralcoastsoccer.org

All players will be provided with a team jersey.


  • Shin guards (covered by socks) are required (not provided).
  • Cleats are recommended but not required. Cleats must be molded plastic. No metal or removable spikes.
  • Players are encouraged to have their own ball.

Girls 10 -14

Girls in 5th to 8th grade may have the option of playing on either an all-girls team or on a co-ed team.

The all-girls teams practice in Newport, but can accept players from surrounding towns if space permits. 


The U12 and U14 girls teams play more away games in Corvallis and Salem areas.

Players born after 8-31-2021 will not be assigned to a team.

If your family is new to our club, we encourage you to start out using the on-line system.

  • Mail In

    Print out the registration form and mail in with payment.  Include $60 check or money order made out to:

    You can fill out a form at the Newport Rec Center. 


    Pick up a form from the flyer rack on the wall, fill it out (both sides), and place in the collection box.

CTSI Members
Members of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) may have registration fees supported by the CTSI.

Become a coach!
Coaches receive free registration for one child and half price registration for their other children. If you would like to be a coach, contact CCSA president Guillermo Recinos-Melendez.
