CCSA wants to ensure that there are playing options available for players at a variety of skill and commitment levels.

The goal of the program is to advance the playing skills and abilities of committed players who want to participate in, and would benefit from, more rigorous training sessions and higher-level competitive game play than is generally offered in "Recreational" soccer among players that may go on to play soccer in high school or other more competitive outlets.

The program will focus on developing:

• Individual Player Skills,
• Tactical Awareness,
• Teamwork, and; 
• Sportsmanship. 



United teams are open to both boys and girls playing for CCSA and Newport-based AYSO girls teams.

We recognize that there are competitive "club" soccer programs in the Willamette Valley. While this may be an appropriate playing environment for some players, CCSA recognizes that the financial and travel commitments involved prohibit participation by many of our players.
